Our company is headed and dynamically guided by our MD and CEO, Mr. S. S. Malhotra, who himself is a Rubber Technologist and has been serving the Oil Tools Industry for 15 years.

The Domestic Marketing Division is headed by our Marketing Manager Mr.Salim.Shaikh , well known for his public relations and aggressive style of marketing.

The Export and Business Development Division is headed by our Manager Ms.Manisha Ghatage , has been spearheading the modernization drive at MICKY RUBBER TECHNOLOGIES to keep it at par with other major players. 

The Technical and R & D Division is headed by our Manager, Mr. V Haridasan, who apart from being an engineer, is also having more than three decades of experience in Rubber Designing and Production. It has been Mr. Dasans endeavor to have a workforce that is experienced and armed with the latest technologies in the Mould / Rubber Products.

To facilitate the above, regular seminars are conducted at our works for the managerial staff and the workers by  Mr. Dasans, who takes personal interest in the R & D Division.
